I started a keto diet 1 month ago and stopped winstrol, I have osteoarthritis of the elbow and was using it to Lower SHBG and to feel better when using Npp, but I ran out of npp and I started to feel my elbow grind a bit during my workouts.
I upped my test dosage and thought a bit of estrogen was going to lube up my joints nicely and currently I’m on 630 mg of test prop per week but with my new diet my estrogen side effects are gone! Also I started enalapril which has helped with my bp.
I will continue test prop for another week or two.
However searching online I found a scientific study that contradicts my situation! According to this sugar lowers SHBG...
Thoughts ?? I am starting to believe big pharma and sugar industry conspiracy theories!
