I'm thinking of getting all the right ingredients to make a custom pwo. theres a few on the market that I really like, but they are too expensive. Bradley martins PRE is really good, so is Koala Freak. but not worth the 40-50$ it cost for 30 servings.
heres a quick list of possible stuff ive come up with so far-

citrulline malate
arginine alpha ketogluterate
taurine
acetyl l-carnitine
dmae
glycerol monostearate
dmaa(if its still available)
Cialis
bcaa
Beta-alanine
betaine
~ Hordanine
~ L- Norvaline
~ a good beet Root powder
dimethyl glycine

again, this is just a list of possible ingredients. please feel free to add, delete, suggest serving sizes and flavor/no flavor
and if we can come up with something good, ill get the stuff and mix up some bags for testing.

thanks.

prolly give this about a week or so for ingredient suggestions, then start coming up with final list and dosages.

I'm looking at truenutrition.com for a lot of it, any other suggestions for source?

From an article I read-
The only difference between L-citrulline and citrulline malate (CM) is the addition of malic acid. That may seem like a minor detail, but it can have a significant impact on your performance.

Malate serves as an important component in the tricarboxylic (or TCA) cycle, which is one way your body produces energy. When you increase malate levels, you increase energy production. Therefore, citrulline malate provides the one-two punch of bringing additional blood—and subsequently, oxygen and nutrients—to exercising muscles, as well as providing increased energy to boost performance levels.

I do my own as well with some of these ingredients. For flavor, I found the Crystal Light zero calorie single serving flavor packets work well.

I cant do artificial sugers, they make me physically ill. and that has propylene glycol in it, which is antifreeze(not joking, the usa is one of the few countries that allow it in food products)

the crystal light bottles have propylene glycol, not the packets, my bad

I like DK's suggestion on the beta-alinine and the betaine hcl as well as the bcaa. With the bcaa you give your muscles a feeding, then the betaine hcl helps with digesting a post workout meal.

~Pea( Phenylethylamine HCL )
~ Hordanine
~ L- Norvaline
~ a good beet Root powder
~ TMG (TriMethylGlycine)

And,for flavoring those little MIO squeeze jobber doodles, Sugar Free Tang has one or two I like.

The MIo come, energy,Vita water, and a few other attributes...? But taste, convenient.

Beet Root powder Oxygen transfer, _& nitric oxide production.

I'll have to edit meant TMG sorry, TriMethylGlycine
There's also DMG dimethyl glycine, the first convert's to the latter, and there is a whole host of positive's with the TMG , anit-ox, Liver support, methyl donor. Too many to mention , but for the purpose of your thread ( osmotic action) similar to that of the Glycerol mono stearate, or creatine,L-Glut etc.

It's fed to chickens prior to slaughter to beef up their pecs.

Why do people us caffeine in there pre workout, doesn't it destroy your pumps, ? I'm all about getting those pumps

I tried a sample pack of Quake 10.0 and loved it. Good stuff. Don't know if I'd purchase though because it's $50 not including shipping.

It and any other sttim I can think of are vasoconstrictors so a slight interference but Ive used tons of PRE WO with caffeine ephedrine dmaa etc and still gotten massive pumps... caffeine has multiple benefits when used at the right dose and cycled or atleast kept to a min dose ed.
But if you dont use it and have great intense workouts then id prob just keep using non-stim pump products b ut def dont be afraid to use it if your tired af...esp in a pre-wo that was arginine/citrulline etc

Like quake the maybe look into Outlift... It has 20 servings but it equals two scopps of Quake and you can find it for 35-40 bucks. Had BCAAs creatine 350 mg caffeine and more per scoop... They def charge alot for prew wo... i get discounts at couple places or id prob bulk ingredients likie in the post 1 0r 2 down and load it with crazy stims and pump products, some bcaas and beta alanine
