Ok guys - I have to come off cycle for now :(

I'm looking for advice for the ultimate natty stack to keep gains and minimize fat gain.

Test booster
Estrogen blocker (natural)
Muscle builder of some sort


I'v already got creatine.

You can try an Epicatechin and laxo. [MENTION=920]Yates84[/MENTION] has some great ideas and maybe some product ideas.
 
Not natty but don't forget your toremifene!. I don't believe in Epicathechin or laxo the only things they do is steal your money. Question, why do you want to use a natty AI?. I don't use many supplements and don't believe in any of the ergogenic supplements except for creatine mono.

Just figured a natty ai would be going 100% off of everything lol
 
test boosters mainly suck unless you 60 or have super low test even then if they do work at all anywhere near level you'd need to in size you'd fail test...(just saw this was non competing) maybe if anything try dhea derived prohormones, and peptides? I don't think anything they sell on shelves will help very much ...D-Aspartic Acid was popular for awhile but has dropped off not sure if it was ever proven effective...

Natty Athletes should focus on diet training and supplement with proven products like protein supps,vitamins they are most likely deficient in and ,creatine,beta-alanine ect ect

I don't understand what you are trying to say in the bold part.
 
None of that shit works i used everything for 8 years until i finally figured out you need hormones to really acgieve anything. Whatever you have built on juice will eventually go away but if you are dead serious about stopping the least you can do is send ne whatever you have left lol

Will all size built on gear really dissipate? Even with proper nutrition and training?
 
What about running a SARM post pct to help maintain gains? Like some ostarine. I understand they don't have nearly the same negative impact on lipids and BP?

They are pretty much the same thing as oral AAS, just mild. Not mild at the doses recommended for "gains" and they will just shut you down more and of course will require PCT.

Anything beyond natural yes i have a ton of friends that come off and after 3 or 4 months look like shit compared to before you cant expect to keep what you built on hormones or else everybody would do a couple cycles and call it good

Yea I mean that makes sense. But I don't mean being off permanently...just no more of this blast and cruise shot. Take 3 months or so off...do an 8 week cycle, repeat. Much milder approach.

How old are you? Whats yhe reason no test between blasts? Thats your decision but from what i see everyone that does pct takes a step backward and never really reaches there potential. They always lose some size then hop back on just to end up where they already were and its just a reapeated process

I'm 28. I just feel like I need to give my body a break man. Been having BP spikes even though I'm on a beta blocker now.
 
If I do my PCT, then take another 4-6 weeks off for good measure and just hoplain back on 200mg/week and stay at that trt dose...is should be able to avoid losing much if any right?

Yes thats not a long time at all but in trt you should be fine even walking or garlic lots of natural stuff can help bp i only. Need meds on a blast oh ya Costco has incredible coq10 in liquid shit is a miracle way better than pills

Your quads look very hormonized i definitely dont see them staying like that after 3 or 4 months off
