I have the same thing from labs done for a physical as my eGFR was around 58 and my creatinine was at 1.14 so my doc was freaking out about my kidneys so he ordered a bunch of tests for me as well and nothing was found out of the ordinary. So I think running gear fucks with the kidney values (even though my kidneys are functioning fine).

AST ALT was a bit high (was running var at the time) but my doc was not alarmed.

Also wonder if there's a kidney protectant like you can get for the liver.

Cranberry extract I believe is good for the kineys. Plus you just have to drink a crap ton of water and stay hydrated. Also get a hydration drink with electrolytes in it.

Thanks guys I shall look to see who carries cranberry extract. As for water intake that is no problem.

A must when running Tren, I've got these dehydrated Cranberry extract capsules for that. I believe you would./could do.just fine as.well drinking low sugar cranberry juice, "and" maybe Cherry juice concentrate. A little added to.it, or just dilute reg cranberry juice with water, and add some of. The Cherry extract.

I'd think a typical.cranbery relish/salad too if eaten often enuff would.also.help, it's fresh with walnuts) orange/ or Clementine slices in it.. Awesome goodness.

I love cranberry juice so I'd have no issue with that.

Me too, and I love the cranberry relish (like at Boston Market ), or the Deli counter.. most have it, especially round the Holidays. Headed out ,just may grab me some cranberry juice if I remember.

I gotta get me some more as well, so maybe next visit to the doc things would look better with my kidneys and my doc will be a happy camper then lol. I could put the cranberry relish on some English muffins like jam.

You could have just been dehydrated or had not been drinking enough water a few days or so before the blood was drawn.
