I cook on mondays usually for the week. I cook my meat in bulk as well as my carb source. Veggies I add fresh.
This is 6oz of ground sirloin, 1 cup of quinoa, grilled onion and bell pepper. Quick and easy.

That’s a smart combo — one that I could get away with from time to time even on my low-to-no carb style. Quinoa and bell pepper have both a low glycemic index, as well as being antiinflamatory.
Smart mix Bro!
Looks very good, I like Quinoa, "and" couscous.. I'll cook up ground round, add canned (slightly spicey ) tomatoes, there's a name for em' but can't think right now, ass a can of black eyed peas, or other bean (kidney beans usually )& sprinkle at random some couscous & let it soak up some of the juices.
I know it "isn't" the diet method you's are speaking of, but def easy & fullfillng for me. May get two days worth (3-4meals out of it.)

I feel you. Try adding diced avocado, lemon juice, red bell pepper, and roasted almonds. Amazing.
