I have a question.. How do people travel with their Gear on planes? For business trips and vacations?

Good way to get popped. I don't personally travel for work but I have a friend that does and he has to plan around his trips. He's usually gone for 5-8 days at a time.

If you live in Florida you can get a script very easily, I have a long time friend that carriers it right on the plane with pins. I have traveled with him and always let him go way ahead of me!! He's from pa too

Just use long esters leading up to your trip. You'll be ok if you miss a pin or two, it's not the end of the world.

Dont take a chance.....When I go home I'm just leaving my shit at work...have more sent to the house before I get there..won't be worth the hassle or hoops you'll have to jump through at the airport getting caught with it...federal offense at the airport...won't just be a state charge....

I travel for work, can be gone 2-3 weeks at a time.. I simply just mail my gear to the address I'm going to be staying at.. requires me to be a little proactive but atleast my hormones aren't fluctuating all over the damn place.

It's tough to do. Requires one to repackage into a benign container, say an essential oils vial. Hot glue the inverted orfice so gear can't get out via stem. Be sure to leave essential oil on cap side of orfice. If anyone unscrews the cap one would smell the oil. But you would want to filter with a whatman at the end of the day as compromising sanitation will end up biting you in the long run.
So ide say it's actually pretty easy to fly with gear checked in luggage BUT.....BUT...... extremely stupid. Not at all worth the risk.
Long story short----easy but not worth it-----

I do it all the time. They're looking for narcotics and dangerous items not gear. If you carry 1-3 vials of none labeled gear in with your shampoos and stuff like that they won't look twice. Also, pills and caps can be put into supplements bottles or just in baggies next to Advil and simple pills. If they take the time to inspect every medication pill or supplements they would not get anything done.
As long as you aren't bringing a huge amount of pills and vials you're good.

I've traveled with gear and have always have them packed in my checked baggage. As stated above...TSA agents really could care less about small amounts for personal use. Never had an issue.

That doesn't sound like federal law to me. I wouldn't want to test that theory, but that's just me.

I am not saying thats always the case but I've had insulin needles taken from my luggage with notification that my bag was searched and items seized.

Maybe they thought you just had the diabeetus. Maybe you just got lucky. Who knows.

My thoughts were that it was considered "contraband". If they would have thought that I did have diabetes the needles should not have been seized due to medication administration.
