Guys I've always kept my diet clean and eat alot of fish. Never smoked and ALWAYS use sunblock even on a cloudy day lol. Thanks for the kind words!
BTW 2ius mon-fri of hgh helps alot just make sure its real hgh

Going all natural is a great and you should be proud. For me being in some comps. its really hard not to do aas since everyone around me is on. Keep up the hard work brother

Good for you carry on , but contrary to what many assume steroids really don't make things easier quality wise- it takes sometimes more planning and discipline don't think everyone can look like big tino here - just go to your gym all the bloated smooth fat bastards think it's all about the scale and tape, quality muscle is not easy

Bump the key to the fountain of youth the bodybuilding life style - health is part of what we should strive for , thanks tino for pointing that out . I too don't smoke i never drink ever. Clean eating is luckily a preferred way not a chore . Sheesh every where I see your posts reminds me of our path
