I took last week off to get some energy back and let my body relax. I'm going back at it tomorrow.
does anyone else do this? I feel much better today that I did last week.

Never a full week unless it’s vacation. Even then I may try to get a circuit training type workout or 2 in.

Time Off..? , No way , get outa here .. that's Tabu...!

& Not allowed, lol..! Shit, of course brother I was a slacker all week last week , had a one week lay-off & should git more done than I did...! But I ate seldomm, slept alot
But seldom, I mean I sure didn't get no 6,000 Cal's in on any one day , I went out to eat a fee times & had a few very big nice meals , not six or seven for the day & I believe I trained twice that week ( just burnt out ) and was bummed at myself big-time , but ya know what I'm only Human & an old fart too, lol.. ! Well, I don't consider 53 old, but I'm feeling it at times & just need to catch up in rest & shut the rest of the world out at times..

Come back with more enthusiasm. & A re-newed start..it should anyhow ...! My body must have "needed" the rest.

Ya I'm 48 and sometimes I can't believe I'm that old! My mind is no where near willing to except that! Lol but my body seems to tell me that more and more. I'm hoping that the HGH I'm going to try will give me back some of my lost energy.

I feel guilty when I take time off. I hate to do it....I got to do something even if its just some light cardio. When I go on vacation I need to scope out the gym before going to my room.
