Already ate this same meal twice today I feel the crunch of the broccoli really goes well with the soft fish and rice.

Put a little homemade pico on top made of tomatoes/onions/jalapeno/bell pepper/cilantro.

It’s not horrible (well maybe a little) but yeah if you really like it don’t read too much on it. That’s like any meat though.
I don’t mind it. Tried the swai and didn’t care for it at all though.
I like cod and it’s one of the cheaper ones too. It’s wild caught as well

I checked my bag mine are farmed in California and not China don't know if that's any better,,,but like you said you can find negatives on most mass produced meats...

I will give cod a shot this next shopping trip. Swai is a bit too thick for me I only eat it out of necessity.

Right next to the tilapia. Lol walmart or our local grocery store has it as well its a white fish
