The Worst Embarrassment

Sometime during 2002..i was coming out of rehab and i asked a good friend of mine who was the district manager for LA Fitness to get me a job there, i started selling memberships and little by little went up. This was supposed to be the biggest gym in the world ( LA Fitness sunset place), they had this cardio theater with 150 pieces of cardio equipment; members used to come around my desk and ask question about training and diet, i was competing and i was a pretty good trainer. This particular evening, 6 pm , gym full of people...am wearing my little tank top (also, i thought i was american gigolo); am ready for my cardio, i get the treadmill going and then am standing on the outside frame of the machine tuning my radio device to the frequency of the monitor ...when my my left foot turned and went on the treadmill belt..i went flat on my face on top of that belt and then it pushed my back all the way to the next treadmill and that woman fell too.. i felt so embarrassed The whole gym was laughing at me . WHAT IS YOUR WORST EMBARRASSMENT IN THE GYM ?

Gas. I don't know but it must have been a combination of cabbage and beans the eve before. I always train first thing in the AM and I was in the free weight area and I had some bad cramping goin' on all morning. Finally the room clears out I had to let it loose because it was killing me. It wasn't an audible version either.....just very silent but stunk like a dead body. Well right after relieving myself in walks a regular female hottie and being the ONLY person in the room I was declared guilty.

Once a gal pal and I used to time cardio together so time flies - kid was jealous so he tried to defame me but of course he ran like hell after his tantrums cuz he knows I’d kick his teeth in, of course I was banned from gym though I did not do anything but cuz he threw tantrum said it was my fault banned both .

I do also those steppers where the steps shoot out - I recall chick doing and she misses and head slams violently into step now why I don’t know reminded me of Fred Flinstone or George Jetson I found it hilarious though she required ambulance - I did at least have respect to run into the John so I could laugh . Terrible...

Probably passing out while doing t bar rows and forgetting to breathe. I woke up on the floor w 5-6 ppl surrounding me trying to see if I was ok. I quickly came to and realized the whole gym was staring at me.

Hell ya. Sure did. Actually had an average workout turn awesome because I could feel all the eyes on me lol.
