What is the best you ever looked, what were the stats?
I have 3:
1- Summer of 1997, Gold Cup Classic West Palm Beach
33 years old
5 feet 4 inches tall
155 1/4 on the scale at weigh in-prejudging (light weigh ), couple of pounds heavier on stage
6.2% bf
I won the weigh class

2-Mr Miami 2006 42 years old
same stats as above. I took 2nd place in the light weigh class but it was such fight...the battle posing lasted very long between me and the other guy...finally he beat me for 1 point they said.

3- Right now, am 54, about 10-11 % and 174-176. Lately i have been finding a lot of contempt and satisfaction with my current stats

Ive been much bigger before but i was also much younger so im gonna say that Im as happy with the way i look right now at age 50 as i have been at anytime in my life.

Fit at 50 its the new 30
