I have been on this Test E for about 4 weeks (8 shots).Every shot leaves a painful depot under the skin that takes 5-10 days to dissolve and disperse. I am doing 2 weekly pins of 1ml of 250mg Test E. It is Bio-Tech Pharmacists (supposed to be human grade). It is painful and paying a premium for human grade, I would expect the mix to be spot on. I have pinned the delts and glutes. Worse in the delts, but sill same issue in the glutes.

thanks

sorry been pinning the shoulders and butt. It is not warm or red so not infected.. but it is painful and lake a rock hard egg under m skin.

I'd try a different brand and see how that does

thanks.. Thats what I will do. I have some D Reds Test E also which I will try.. Wanted to go with the human grade but I have hard lumps everywhere. Hoping for better pinning experinece.

I've used D's sust and ace and no lumps

Here's the best advice I have for pinning.

First: use 1ml syringes and 27g 1 1/4" needles. The smaller syringe size allows you to push the oil through a smaller gauge needle.
Second: use a large bore needle to pull your oil from the bottle, minimum is about 21g. This is an important step, do not create any vacuum in the syringe while drawing from the vial. The more the vacuum in the syringe, the lower the boiling temperature of the oil/water. If you pull back on the plunger hard and create a vacuum you will see the oil "crash" it will look like cloudy feathers appearing in your oil. Because you crashed the oil at room temperature, it will not go back into solution and the crystals will be injected causing irritation and soreness. This was my biggest mistake when I first started TRT. At that time I was using 25g needles and crashing my oil every time; if you do crash it, heat is the only way to get it back into solution!
Third: I use a coffee cup full of water and microwave it for 1min. (not with your syringe in the microwave!) This should make the water the temperature that would definitely be too hot to drink but perfect to submerge your syringe in.
Fourth: I drop the 1ml syringe with the 21g needle in the coffee cup and let it warm up while I use an alcohol pad to sterilize the injection site.
Note: If you did crash your oil, the heat from the water will help it go back into solution somewhat, it also makes the oil flow better when warmed up.
Fifth: Remove the syringe and swap the 21g out for a 27g needle. I put about .07ml of air between the plunger and the oil by flicking the syringe before depressing the plunger and removing air from the needle. This air buffer allows me to get all of my oil injected and also creates a small buffer which helps reduce pressure spikes if the plunger isn't smooth during your injection.
Sixth: Inject slow! I was injecting .33ml of CJC1925 which is water based through a 27g 1/2" needle. it was such a small amount I'd just blast the injection in under 1sec. This caused hard lumps wherever I injected, until I figured out (googled insulin injecting problems) that the high pressures created by the mechanical advantage a 1cc syringe has using a 27g needle was actually tearing the fat cells in the subq later apart causing irritation and swelling which can last from weeks to months, but eventually goes away. Once I started injecting slower, no problems with subq or IM. A 1ml injection should take well over 1 min to complete, I normally take about 1.5min for most of my injections which results in no pain the next day and no swelling or bruised feeling.

The TLDR message is; don't crash your oil when you draw it, use a cup of hot water to keep your syringe warm until moments before the injection, and inject slow, the slower the better.

Switch to D's test, and you will likely have your problem solved. No BS, no ass kissing, simply the truth.

Could possibly a reaction to the ratio of solvents used in the brewing process. I agree with above sentiments....try another lab and you can't go wrong with RED.

I have the same issue brother but for me it’s not worth changing anything bc my gear is good. Think it’s bc I pin the same spots.

Aside from that, Bio tech is just an UGL technically right? From what I know the only 100% legit Human grade stuff is like Perrigo, Bayer, Pfizer

I just got done using Bio-Tech and the 2nd pin did that to me. After I rotated it didn't happen again

That is an awesome response! Thank you. By reading this I now assume my problem is that I am using my 25 gauge needle to fill the syringe. I did not realize it "crashed" the oil. I honestly though that using the bigger needle was just because it is a pain in the ass to fill the syringe so slow with a 25 gauge needle. I will get some 21 gauge to to fill and also use the warm water trick! Thanks man! Great info here.

thanks to all that replied. All good info here. Besides going to the 21 gauge to fill syringe, I am going to switch to DReds test

You lost me here. Crashed the gear?

I have been running gear for a long freaking time and never have I ever crashed my gear by putting suction inside my pin.

For the oil to crash you can try this: using a 27g needle, Load 1/2 an ml of oil in your 1ml syringe, and push all of the air bubbles out. With the air gone and 1/2ml remaining, pull the plunger back; the harder you pull, the more you will see the feathers appear and the small bubbles grow. Now, you wont see giant crystals form but it will appear cloudy the more you do this. Here is a video showing water boiling at room temperature due to the vacuum placed on it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bSNkdGaI7NA

I've never brewed oils, but I assume that once oil is added to the raws powder there is some heat that is added to get the mixture to go into solution. If you "boil" it again using a vacuum the a syringe without heat, it allows the suspended steroid to drop out of the oil.

Here's what led me to this discovery. While drawing D-RED's Primo I noticed the feather affect one day when I had a large vacuum drawing through a smaller gauge needle. I don't know what magic he uses to brew his Primo at that mg, but I remember reading here that he uses a small amount of EO to keep his Primo at 200mg/ml. When I was done drawing the oil in the syringe stayed cloudy and wasn't crystal clear like the vial. Not wanting to pin cloudy Primo (cloudy because of my actions) I remembered someone saying run hot water over the syringe to make the oil thin out and it will help it flow through smaller gauge needles. Instead of running hot water, I just warmed water in a coffee cup and submerged the needle. In a few min it was back to crystal clear like the vial! One note, my house was about 63deg inside because the wifey was running DNP, so the temp definitely contributed to the "crash"

I switched to larger needle to draw oil, warmed it up... and switched to D's Test E.. Not sure exactly what solved the issue, but have 2 successful pins with no hard lumps.
thanks all

It's D's test. Smooth as can be. Glad you made the switch.

Biotech is some of the smoothest gear I've used. Dependable and consistent with dosing. I'm using their Test Cyp right now and I've used their test prop, Deca, Dbol with success and I have some EQ and Test 400. They are a "pharm grade" lab in Uraguay, where they legally produce gear so it's technically not "underground" since you could probably get it with a script if you lived in Uraguay...
