For those who have ran T3, have you tried dosing in the morning with fasted cardio? If so, how did you like it and we're the results good?
If not, how have you dosed it and what were your best methods?

Thanks for the solid info brother !IMO, it’s reasonable to take T3 immediately after cardio. But it is necessary that your heart rate come back to normal (become calm). Effective doses to accelerate the exchange usualy cause slight tachycardia. If your goal is to burn fats, then it’s likely that your morning cardio session will be held on an empty stomach. Therefore it will strengthen further risk of tachycardia from used T3 before cardio session. I do not see any reason to create additional stress on your heart, even with use of cardioprotect. Usually, ketosis will continue after your cardio session is over until the moment carbohydrates are absorbed, so you have a good time interval to T3 to show its effect without extra stress on your heart.
