Hey so i've been booked for some photoshoots for gyms and fitness. I've been so busy doing visas and buying and moving to a house in Italy and Malaysia and haven't ate the best. My BF is around 16-20% Not horrible but not photo ready. I want to get to at least 2 percent in 2.5 weeks. I want to try to use T3, never used it before. Any used it and give me some advice a good proticals ?
