Should T3 be taken with GH in order to get lean?

T-4 ... theirs a direct correlation between GH & it using upyour Natty t-4 reserves, hard to explain, and im in a bit it a hurry, but if you run GH, you actually should run t-4 at about 100 a day first thing a.m., on an empty stomach.
Will try to divulge more a bit later, but I'm sure MuscleMechanic will chime in, if he sees this, he & I are in the same.page with alot of protocol stuff.

You could do t-3 as well, but need to be careful with dosing
T4 like MM said as soon as you wake at 100mcg with your gh shot and wait 45mins till you eat anything!! Don’t drink anything with sugar in it either. I will ask this, why do u want to take t3 or t4, I see you want to get lean but how long have u been on gh? Messing with t3/t4 can lead to issues. Need to know how lean you want to get cause there’s better options than t3 and are safer in the long run.

I don't want to step on Roc's foot, nor answer "for" him , but will add.my opinion & what he may likely say/support as well.
1. Fasted cardio after your GH & t-4, water only a litre.
2. Clen perhaps very low & above (but near the end of say
a pre-comp /re-comp as example.
^ and/or typical ECA stack (I say and/or because you
could do a week of clen low dose 20 -40 mcg tops
then a week of ECA & of course the proper diet.
This way the Clen doesn't attenuate

HIT cardio in addition to training etc.
There are also some fantastic fat burning /metabolism raising supps on the market that do work.
& For shedding water there also are plenty that don't his too, like Taraxatone, or most of the ingredients in it combined if available ,(I believe there are knockoffs of this as well , that work fine /celery/dandelion etc.

i never take anything you say as stepping on me bud, MM has made all the points I was trying g to say. T3 can be over the top and get someone in trouble who doesn’t know what he is doing. Like MM said, getting cut starts with diet and work in the gym, the people that fall on drugs to do the work get bent when they don’t work. T3/t4 work great when your trying to dial it in for that last 3 weeks, other than that why do you want to go that route when I would do clen before messing with my thyroid.
