Should T3 be taken with GH in order to get lean?

T-4 ... theirs a direct correlation between GH & it using upyour Natty t-4 reserves, hard to explain, and im in a bit it a hurry, but if you run GH, you actually should run t-4 at about 100 a day first thing a.m., on an empty stomach.

Will try to divulge more a bit later, but I'm sure MuscleMechanic will chime in, if he sees this, he & I are in the same.page with alot of protocol stuff.

Very knowledgeable, but at times hard to decipher his wording, lol. No offense MM .. LOL..!

You could do t-3 as well, but need to be careful with dosing
 
A 100 t4 / 20 t3 combo is perfect for use with gh. And yes, it is a useful potentiator of gh for fat loss.

I read this numerous times. I am currently doing this now. MM or Roc should chime in.
 
just did a little t-3 run before a vacation small doses the most daily I took was a tab 25mcg. for 6 weeks tapering up 12.5 and down 12.5 at a time Got some bloodwork back and the only out of range number a slightly high TSH # of 4.9high range of 4.5 uIU/ML. This is a debate thats been raging for years I cant seem to have a solid answer every coach I have ever hired has a different opinion or protocol yet I have been banging growth for a decade. it has been my experience that the down regulation of GH on TSH is nominal even more nominal is the hinderance of conversion from t4-t-3. I simply supplement with a Iodine tab 225 mcg which is standard and very cheap and always have normal levels of TSH,T-4, T-3 with an IGF level of 4-500.
Yes will taking t-3 increase your metabolic rate and burn fat of course

Again these are my opinions that I have formed over the years and for each person it may vary. I take my GH in the AM when I am most catabolic and recently only on training days. And taking any thyroid supps during the most catabolic part of the day does not make sense to me or anyone trying to increase their lean muscle mass.

T4 like MM said as soon as you wake at 100mcg with your gh shot and wait 45mins till you eat anything!! Don’t drink anything with sugar in it either. I will ask this, why do u want to take t3 or t4, I see you want to get lean but how long have u been on gh? Messing with t3/t4 can lead to issues. Need to know how lean you want to get cause there’s better options than t3 and are safer in the long run.

I don't want to step on Roc's foot, nor answer "for" him , but will add.my opinion & what he may likely say/support as well.
1. Fasted cardio after your GH & t-4, water only a litre.

2. Clen perhaps very low & above (but near the end of say
a pre-comp /re-comp as example.

^ and/or typical ECA stack (I say and/or because you
could do a week of clen low dose 20 -40 mcg tops
then a week of ECA & of course the proper diet.

This way the Clen doesn't attenuate

*** Getting cut starts in the kitchen..! All the above is just
Supplemental

HIT cardio in addition to training etc.

There are also some fantastic fat burning /metabolism raising supps on the market that do work.

& For shedding water there also are plenty that do this too, like Taraxatone, or most of the ingredients in it combined if available ,(I believe there are knockoffs of this as well , that work fine /celery/dandelion etc.

i never take anything you say as stepping on me bud, MM has made all the points I was trying g to say. T3 can be over the top and get someone in trouble who doesn’t know what he is doing. Like MM said, getting cut starts with diet and work in the gym, the people that fall on drugs to do the work get bent when they don’t work. T3/t4 work great when your trying to dial it in for that last 3 weeks, other than that why do you want to go that route when I would do clen before messing with my thyroid.

And, ya know, the only other thing I might add, with regards to diet (I know alot of peeps "don't" like there veggies ) but they are "imperative" good green raw broccoli salads, or Kale, cabbage even cooked , but I live raw veggies , and they do in-fact have a calories expenditure, what I mean by that besides the good fiber and detoxification effects they have, the body has to pump blood to the stomach (stomach is also a muscle ) so it require a calorie burn , while not alot it still aids in the burning if calories for this reason.

Hgh causes lots to happen with thyroid over certain hgh dose...

Lethargy and Edema especially in hands sign of hypothyroid or suppression while on hgh.

Hgh first causes more t4 to convert to t3 this will deplete t4 stores and also send feedback from t3 higher at same time prolactin is not only raised by hgh but hgh is a prolactin mimic and will both cause not only suppression of thyroid but also higher prolactin from lower thyroid so double whammy.

What happens is TSH will be low from pituitary can't remember exact pathway and never had chance to look back so hadn't posted.

Thyroid will not produce suffient amounts in many on above 4 iu hgh generic because TSH suppressed.

If bloods taken this is diagnosed as pituatay related thyroid suppression meaning thyroid good pituitary bad in a norm patient or a hgh patient playing dumb with dr.. lol!

I am on 3.3iu HGH at generic I don't wanna move after morning dose and energy low!!
Gonna start t4 tomorrow that way my Lipids get A+ on bloods being drawn Jan 16th. And will bump hgh to 5iu after bloods.
I will start at 50mcg and increase to 100mcg. Once 5iu starts if needed will change to Novothyral 100 t4 and 20 t3...
Something about me and hgh need t4 at min.
I stretched this with No thyroid since June and I am just getting tired now!!!
I will see how it goes but tired, depressed and have to nap after 3.3iu pin atm!! Lol!
