Ive got many of packs with them without ever having issue that is why im not understanding
 
They were g2g for you right. I tried them once and they were good as well. Anything happen? Blood work damning them?
 
I just placed a custom order with them and was explained the entire deal. Apparently there was a misunderstanding about sponsor dues being paid. He explained that everything was taken care of now.
