Super Low Sperm Count and HCG

Hey Guys,

So I really could use some good advise/experience with a low sperm count issue. So here's the short of it... Me and my girl have been trying to conceive for a year now with no luck which isn't surprising as I've been on trt for the last 5 years with 2 AAS blasts per year over the last two years... Just went and had a sperm count done by my doc and I literally have about 2 sperm pet sample! Not 2 million just 2! Has anyone taken hcg or anything else that has helped with this? Is it even worth it at this point? Or has anyone ever come off trt to try and regain natural production? I feel at this point and with that low of a level its a lost battle... Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks...

I'm not 100% positive, but I thought I read somewhere
that Proviron helps, in higher doses, like 100mg or so split..?

I use it daily "always" when on cycle.. @ 50ish 25 ea dose
a. m. & PM, other than that not sure what other compounds do, but I bet a Google Search would turn up
at least some place to start..!

Oh, BTW, ^^^^^ HMG comes to mind too...?

I think that's a fertility drug as well, but we use it to kicknup out test after a cycle, me I just stay "on"

Thanks brother. I did run proviron over this last cycle @ 75mg per day but stopped when I went back to my trt dose. Didnt want any red flags in my bloodwork. I will look into HMG though. Dont know much about it.. I appreciate it!

correct, but anyhow, do a Google, or just go to web MD
When I goggled it I put Cures/ remedies for low sperm count, & saw some good info @ WebMD, so copied & pasted it, but now looking, I see it's not there...!

Bit give that a try Clomid was one of the things online there, and some sub Q inj. Stuff.

HCG, HMG, and clomid seem to be the norm. There are many protocols online if you search.

Make sure your girl is gtg bro, I had my sister go threw this and it was her with the issue, not saying ur not the issue but make sure she's on point too

He stated that he had a sperm count of 2, ( not 2 mill ),
don't think there's enuff lil' swimmers there to get the job done.

But, yeah, if trying to conceive, I'd definitely have her to get checked.

If you really want kids get off all gear even your trt everything then clomid hmg and hcg it could take months and your gains will suffer but if you really want kids there are no shortcuts. either get off gear completley or hope one of your two sperm do the trick

This right here. Been down this road. Don't stay on and waste your time. Get off.....have kids....and get back on.

Get some hcg that helped my numbers. Took me a month to have a normal sperm count with weekly sperm tests. I have a beautiful little one now.....but that shit was difficult and took a long time.

My situation was rather simple. Hers was very complex.

I was on TRT for years and had 0, yes 0 sperm. I was shut down for about 10 years or more as I was a heavy AAS user in my 20s, I'm 36 now. Took HCG and arimidex both prescribed by the doc and had good swimmers in 30 days. I also had the DNA in my sperm tested and the sperm was high quality. This is actually very important for guys like us having been shut down. The lab is in North Dakota I believe Ships fedex in a giant dry ice canister......and isn't cheap.

Remember you can have millions of swimmers but the quality called morphology and motility is what's important.

Fertility is a tough road and very expensive. I am very educated on fertility as I went through it for years. feel free to pm me. My daughter was eventually conceived by IVF on the first try.

Palumbos fertility protocol:
200mg test cyp week
1000iu HCG M/W/F
75iu HMG Monday and Friday
50mg Clomid ED
25mg proviron

This protocol sounds interesting... How long were you implementing thus before you conceived? Also, you stayed on test the whole time?

is your daughter now, quite young I'm sure, toddler still..?
based on your age of course.

I feel your post will give inspiration to others, hope at least, and the ability to make sound decision's.

Me, I'm all done with (having) children, I have 3, 31, 18,&
16 ( nearing 17) got snipped after him.

And, I personally wish all affected, and trying to conceive here the best, children are a Joy, mine have essentially grown b4 my eye's, long work hour's, and alot of responsibility along the way.

Have a beautiful granddaughter from the first born, & his gal, allows me to relive some of those younger years in which I cherish immensely, she just puts a spark in my
eye, and lifts my spirit like you couldn't imagine everytime
I see her.

I used hcg at 500iu to 1000 a week. Hmg 1/3 of a vial 3 x a week. Clomid 100mg a day and got my wife pregnant shortly after.

I really think the hmg was the key.
