Looking good bro do you always stay that lean?

Thanks broski, I try & sport abs year round, but I'm just getting alot of lost size back, (2 years ago this time I weighed 148) 203 today. In years past, tough to keep from spilling over with all the calories ive had to consume to gain, I'm normally an ectomorph. ( Hard gainer )
 
I'm on opposite end I put on weight easy,,was 247 today at 5'10,,,gonna tidy up the diet and step up the cardio here on the 1st...goal is 205 @10%

Here's a few weeks back 195 ish, the ones above, this past Sunday 204. I fluctuate by approximately 5-8 lbs almost daily, (or can ) as of late I've been staying a steady 203-205. Shooting for 225 same conditioning by end of Feb end of March if need be..!

Running a gram of EQ (BOld & Cyp ) 600& r
400 respectively, bout a gm test various, sometimes base /suspension pre w/o, not always. Drol n Dbol deca, fast & reg . When I remember GW, (today I did & loved the endurance & pump) have been using Ostarine too. GH & T-4, that's about it, throwing in a Slin protocol when I can obligate and do it right { hectic schedule} & some days are just a dragging like crazy (midnights ) curr on 12's again.

So it's hard to even squeeze in the.proper Training, but do when I can.

I try for three brutal sessions, like today was back shoulders & upper (incline ) & decline chest normally through in flys at the end, not today. So tomorrow off just eat take care of errands $leep , next up will be an arm bomb.

Truth be told, I've been neglecting legs still, and when I do get with it, *Look* out there gos an easy 10-12 lbs back on my frame. Just gotta do it, and quit talking about it.

Missed this thread, MotorCity. Yeah, you're looking good, my man. Traps and delts especially.
For the slin, you could start by taking 5iu post workout. Then go to a pre and post workout protocol. Just make sure you have your carbs.
When I first started using slin in 2013 that's how I ran it. You'll get some damn nice pumps just from the post workout injection.
