Does anyone here have the vertical diet 2.0 pdf the could PM? I’d like to read it and possibly try it but it seems a little over priced
 
No need to purchase and read it brother it's pretty simple(think caveman diet)
- Red meat is his primary protein source
- fruits and veggies are big
- Easily digested carbs (white rice is his favorite i believe)
- More organic the better

I'm not a huge believer in it personally just because too much saturated fats from red meat is definitely not good in the long run. Lean red meat though is just fine. Really just consistency and common sense is the best thing for any diet in my opinion over any fad diet
 
I messed around with this a bit, didnt see much as you are consuming alot of fats, but it has its place. Biggest thing i got from it was focus on micronutrient rich foods that your body likes, and you have to have great digestion. Once digestion for me got alot better, i was able to lose fat a ton faster and felt alot better.
 
Only way I could do it and not go way over fat calories would be 96/4 beef

i rather eat chicken with salted avocados lol. I do like the fruit and white rice tho
 
Loves it, never bought it due to all the info being available anyways. I substitudes 1/2 the beef for chicken, waaay too much fat for me and couldnt lean out on it either. But the concept of the micros are cool

Yea I agree about the micros. Couple of things from his program I kept, just cut a lot of the rice. I really like the pure cranberry juice, carrots and the food choices really helped with bloating. Also I use chicken stock a lot more!
