Bump this. 1/4 inch heel, ankle and meta-tarsal support. Size 12. I know they are out there somewhere!

Seen this at Rogue fitness, and for a reasonable price, was considering but ordered some Nike Romaleo2's instead.

I use a raised toe shoe for deads and it really helps. Squats I do in Chuck's but have considered using the dead shoes

Been using myself, have for many years, and still wear one of my 45+ pair daily.

But for squatting, have a pair of

, landing today sometime ( size 12 Kin's ) with ups.

45+ pairs of shoes?. Dang motor, I thought the obsession with shoes was a woman thing. Just wear your actual lifting shoes to lift. Converse are for hanging out. You might as well be wearing moccasins. You'll get a much better dead-lift wearing your lifting shoes and the heel will help with quad activation.

Sucks because I have to wait get bloods for endo. Getting them drawn Monday out of my own pocket and after I wait for results I will drop off a copy at docs office and wait for her to get back to me. Of course their time is more important than mine though....Doctors...Argh!
