Well I have been working out about two years and have fell in love with body building and really felt I was ready for the next level and wanted to see what I could put on stage and I invested in a coach have been cycling on and off for about 6 months now first 2 months with no coach but I was very little finally got on a well balanced cycle thanks to my coach and went from 170 to about 200 in like 2 in a half months lol sorry if that’s too much
