I thought I'd take a moment to introduce myself. I signed up on the forum after subbing to a YouTube channel and communicating back and forth with its owner a bit. This forum was mentioned in our communications and I am here to learn more about everything.
Current stats:
39 y/o
6'1" / 285, BF too high 34%, but dropping. I get it checked monthly in a bodpod on post.
Cycle history: None, but I have been on TRT for 3 years. I just got my estradiol checked, on my own dime because my doc thought it unnecessary, and it is too high (47). My total t was much lower than I thought it should be (302). My total t was drawn prior to my injection later that day. My previous draw before it was around 930.
My TRT dose is 200mg weekly and my doc has not prescribed an AI and says it's not necessary because I don't have any visible issues. i.e. "man boobs"
I am not trying to cycle, or blast anything now and realize I need to get my body fat in line. It has been extremely difficult compared to my past experiences losing weight and bodyfat, some of which may be due to my elevated estrogen, a lot to poor nutrition choices and getting out of the gym.
I'd just like to reiterate that I understand my BF % is too high and am not looking for any quick fixes to that. I am here to learn. Currently I am interested in an AI, since my doc seems to think it isn't necessary and probably won't prescribe me one. I am also interested in nutrition and training, and getting back into the gym and on top of my eating.
