Installations. FPO is Fleet Post Office servicing Navy & others stationed on Vessels.

GD motor I know the acronym lol. I’m saying most of the time APO boxes are issues to deployed/TDY personnel.
I think I have my answer tho.
We do use USPS. We tend to have our own planes and shit to bring our mail.
We will see I will keep it posted for future reference.
