Religion...somthin' to think about.

Religion has been tarnished by none other than those who profess Christ...in reality probably 2 out of 10 people professing Christ actually live what they say. You are known by your fruits. So are all those who profess Christ actually Christians? Nope. Most live like they want monday-saturday...then do a 180 on Sunday. They are going to have a rude awakening sadly. This is what makes Religion look so bad imho. I try to live my life so no one has to guess at whether or not I'm a Christian...its a daily struggle. But in the end one that will be worth it all in my opinion.

Amen to that. Most christians don't even know what a christian is that's the sad part. Times are getting bad, the world is exactly how it was prophesied. Kinda funny the weather man can't get predicting the weather right half the time with all the technology we have. But the Bible with 66 different books all harmoniously blend together. A book written thousands of years ago predicted how things are right now. Well Daniel and revelations and some ezekiel.

I feel you on that my friend. It's mind boggling how genius it truly is. As for the prophesies, people can say man wrote the Bible and it wasn't inspired by god, but I don't see it possible to be just chance to have everything Jesus said would be happening. Everything he said is happening right now to the 3rd degree.
 
I pray to god, I lost faith in religion. My eyes were opened when I started researching certain beliefs. When you learn to live in gratitude and spread love those are god qualities and happiness comes from within, that’s my opinion.

That is a very good post bro! I will admit that I am one of those people that does not live or do what I should as someone that believes in Christ, unfortunately. I am good in some ways & really bad in others. I have accepted that, but hope maybe I'll change some of my ways eventually. I know it's on me either way.
 
Few things... Nearly EVERYONE is "judgmental" regardless of religion.Religion is always blamed for wars and murder but without it there would still be wars and murder whether over money or women or whatever the reason we tend to kill each other, lol.. We are not as "civilized" as we think but we're still evolving thankfully(although sometimes it seems more like were going backwards lol)...
I look at my own life and child and family, weid things thgat have happened, the universe being so perfectly formed to be half beautiful half complete SHIT and think there must be God of some kind yet churches often ruin things and create these odd rituals that I feel aren't needed. I do like the morals they keep though I feel sin and sinning outside of the law should not be enforced by the churches...EXp when you go your whole life but get divorced and are asked to leave( happened to a friends mom , not my family as we went to no denominational church with no real strict rules or anything. Evryone was welcome. It was all about having fun and showing fellowship/love among people)
 
No one knows, I go with that. Just unsure and so is everyone else. Not a believer in magic sky wizards though, that much is for sure...
 
Here is an idea. Stop worrying about everyone and take care of you and your family and be A GOOD PERSON AND HELP OTHERS! ;)
