ok im doing a competition in June 22nd to be exact im on a cycle now but i need some help with my cycle when i cut just wanna be prepared so here it is
700mg test e
100mg every day test P switching to test p
Tren A 50mg every every other day
winstrol 50mg everyday

DETAILS::
April 1st thru 29th
700mg test E
April 30th thru june 15th
Test P 100 mg every day so 700mg a week
April 30th thru june 15th
Tren A 50mg every other day
may 13 till end of cycle/competition
winstrol 50mg every day
hcg 250mg every 4 days
aromosin 12.5mg every other day
On Cycle Support
muti vitms
fish oil

( aside from the Pharmacom Rep post/reply )

I jumped in here to "look" up for myself a national qualifer up& coming that may be attractive to me.

& So yours is the only 1st post I see , lol...!

I'm sure you'll get plenty if feedback, handful if great /knowledgeable guys that will chime in.

I've copied & pasted your protocol above , but will try & chime in when I can (have the blinders on for now ) gotta get some things done & go train myself.

But I'll come back to this & see what I can offer.

For now tho, is say Asin is too much 12.5 is fine , but I'd keep it to "as needed" or at least change to 12.5 E 3rd/4th
day.

You have a long ways to go , so for now just focus in Quality muscle gainz & good rest. Eliminate if possible all outside stressors. Eat , eat, eat ..! But keep it real / & clean if you don't lay down fat easy.

If you do lay down fat easy (which depends on your body type & metabolism).

You didn't specify your stats, that would help.

Which class , & what type if show are you targeting..??
Open men's BB or Classic Physique for example.

Anticipate Light Heavy, Heavy, or middle wght..?

In your AVI pic , you look like you have a decent foundation to work with, keep in mind , when you go to diet & strip all possible bf , you'll see )maybe feel like your shrinking , lol... I get "Head-Fucked " , a mental fucking when I fall below a certain weight myself.

You also look to be in your mid twenties top's..

Yeah man I feel you I just got done cutting weight I dropped 65 lb my mind was all fucked up those i used to do powerlifting for few years im 22 years old ive this one would be my 3rd cycle

classic physique this would be my 3rd cycle. 22 years old. im 6"2 just finished my last cut dropped 65lbs went from 252 to 187. i did powerlifting few years before this also i think im prone to estrogenic side effects my acne on my back gets pretty bad. but im working on it im on dbol right now sooo thats probably one of the reasons. im planning to bulk up to a maximum of 225 dont want it to be too hard to cut all that weight again. im trying to be on stage at 205 lbs hopfully.

Your my hgt. (actually 6' 1 1/2 " ) they say you shrink as we age .
Your 31 years younger than I, when.i was 42 I did a National Qualifier (won the Heavu's @ 202 a lil light for that hgt. Same situation went from 227 down to the 202
I expected about 215 -220 but like I said earlier (not easy to cut and retain "all" your lean mass you will.lose some
muscle , don't necessarily have to there are ways to keep.it all, but some.of mine was probably water & fat .

Use to be a solid 241 35" waste big legs .

My conditioning is better now at even less weight .

But have a better handle on how my body responds.

I'll be doing a show next year but haven't targeted which yet and is going to depend on how much more mass I acrue.

Only been back at it 3 years now , back up from 149 believe it or not. Stress , drinking too many hours & obviously not lifting for 6+. ( I'll never do that again ).at least not til I'm over 60 but I'll still continue to train as long as I'm able.

Gotta run , catch up l8tr's...!!
