Does coming off truly refresh your receptors much when you take a break and go back on? Or is this a myth?
I stayed on for like 2.5-3 years at one point and results kept coming as long as I continued to train and eat correctly. TheRoid from olm i think one time may have said this a myth...
Hate the idea of coming off for 4-8 weeks, losing gains, and spending half the next cycle regaining what was lost in size/definition.
What are your guys thoughts?
