Reading bloods

Hey guys, some of you seen my bloods when I posted them for some sources on here but I looked up the areas that were high and almost everything was linked to kidney issues. That's where I was going with what I was reading. Anyways do my kidneys look that bad for the people that know what to look for when looking at kidneys. And what do your reading look like for the areas that are high on mine

Hey brother I'm not an expert, nor do I have lots of knowledge to be Answering your question. But I wouldn't be to concerned if that was my panel.
I've had similar bloods before and from what the doctor explained to me is even if you vast before giving blood, anything on panel that deals with your kidneys and liver can show slightly outside the normal range from drinking a few drinks 2-3 days before blood test.
If you notice on your panel besides for the obvious things outside normal range. Most things are very close to their normal range. That being said I doubt any Dr could tell you if it's from using gear or drinking a case of beer two days before.
Anyhow unless I missed something, nothing Stuck out as a red flag. I will say if you haven't given blood recently it is always a good idea to. It won't hurt. And also I'm sure you drink a lot of water already and possibly take liver pills or something of that nature. You can even get you some cranberry juice to start drinking also. I try to take care of liver and kidneys if I see something on panel or if I feel something from them being under punishment lol

Just make sure ur drinking enough water. Also to much protein can cause higher kidney values. 1 gram of protein per body pound to maintain what u have and 1.5 per body pound to gain is enough in my opinion. Unless ur a pro or something .I think it's 1 grams per kg of body mass to be correct . All this is in my opinion of course.

At least 1oz of water per body pound that's the minimum. I do my best to do 1.5 oz .

Blood pressure has a lot to do with kidney values also bro . keep it in check asap . Running that m1t is probably what is causing the bad numbers .
