As long as the Tren base is oil, not h2O (I've done it , water & oil several times years back, never an issue, but there is varying opinion on this.. bacterial infection etc. Abscess ..?

Never either in my 15 + years., But yes...! Better it both the same carrier.. (well ,oil.)

Oil and oil...mix away. Water and oil...not so much.

Yeah I believe some people react ok to water and oil and some don't. It's pretty brutal pip when it doesn't sit right though. At least you have oil and oil. Rock on...
