question about cycle

I am getting ready to plan out my cycle... My goal to to look like this.... I know it's possible.. I also know it's impossible to know what a person is taking without asking them.... But I like to get an idea..... MY stats now is : 6'1"
200Ibs
average body type....

So before we make any suggestions how about giving us a little backround info about yourself my friend....info like, training history, training type(how often and what are you into), age, dietary habits, any previous cycle history....things like this so we have a better understanding on how to advise you.
 
You can look like that with no chems I weighed 200 under 8 percent for most of my life natty . I was 34 before ever tried cycle now at 52 just use what I need never depend on supps or pills they insurance to beat Mother Nature

I did introduce myself..... A while back... over the summer when I was asking about a cycle I posted here from pharmacom.... but anyway Hi again.... I should post more...... I have done a test d-bol cycle.... An a test,EQ,primo, with winny cycle full.. PCT clomid hcg and AI.... I now lift 4 days a week.. I feel like it the best for me... cardio three day a week morning...
 
Well then welcome back. Anyone will tell you that hormones are just an 'aide' in helping you achieve your goals. Dietary and nutritional habits are the absolute key in getting down into the single digit BF ranges. Throw in some cardio and your GTG.

How did the test, eq, primo, winny cycle treat ya? That cycle right there will absolutely help you to your goal.

Follow some simple rules.

#1 diet
#2 diet
#3 diet
#4 1 gallon of water or more per day
#4 lifting with good form heavy and for reps
#5 cardio lots of it
#6 sleep lots of it

Without these key elements...... no matter what you take chemically, your goals will never be achieved.

Again whether you want freaky huge mass or to become shredded - your diet is the cornerstone. Water like protein comprises most of muscle so to increase or hold you need more of both . Lifting correctly meaning enough weight to either increase more muscle fibers used OR understanding how super slow reps over duration of time contributes to hyperplasia ( fiber splitting = more muscle ) all this done training . aAS helps the fuel / food you eat to build or maintain power or size . Eating and training before AAS drugs to me are just insurance or at my age fountain of youth.
