Why order from another source besides D-Line ever? I could understand if another source is having a great sale and products not offered, but still...

No excuse not to at least return an email. Most guys are reasonable, even saying you've been crazy busy, raws took too long to land, life happened, this email got buried, etc... ANYTHING is more acceptable than no communication.

Sorry this happened. Next time just stick to what you know tops all charts.
