Pre workout aas

Whats your AAS pre workout choice and why? How long prior to workout do you take it? I cant seem to get over an hour maybe hour 15 minutes in at the gym. Would like my gym time to be more energetic with a feeling of accomplishment when Im done.
 
Coffee that’s all u need, all those chemicals are shit and make u crash and feeling like a meth head was never my thing. If your In the gym more than an an hour of truly pounding the weights ur wasting time. I pound for an hour and I mean pound, not on my phone, shit I don’t understand dudes who bring there phone in the gym and don’t tell me ur listening to music either!! It’s fucking gay!! If your in the zone ur not even listening to music!!!
