Finally, staying @ , or above 210 (210.8 ) today, & have been 213 week b4... 225 + , here I come..!!

Should be well on my way..

Maybe 230's but my end goal is 225 or even 220 same conditioning, so it's easier to cut up w/o loss of muscle.

Intend to do a Classic Physique show sometime mid spring, early summer . Need to look at the schedule & target one, if all goes better, maybe men's open /or both..?

Motivation "right here" from you guys, and it is def appreciated, your encouraging words , and positive Inspiration.

Thanks Sura, but ya know.., I am so down on myself (not that I don't see what you's see, I certainly do..! And I'm not at all narcissistic about it one bit, it's just that (I am a slacker, believe it or not ) I say a 75-85 %' er , if that make any sense. I'm not young, not like j used to be, but also not old either. Between work, and alot of what's gone on in my life last couple years (namely Divorce , but I'm moving on, it's just an interference to "Everyday-Life " no Pity party here, it just takes alot.

At times , I wished I'd never let the 6+ years go by w/o my previous commitment to training.

At 42 I qualified to do National level shows, and had it going on... Then....?? IDK, life just got in the way , a d depression, some drinking. Not alcoholic tho, pondered whether or not I was becoming one tho.

But nonetheless, all you guys... Your "Second Family"
And glad I found this place , really...!

Thanks Kins, this too, just adds to the positive Inspiration you guys instill in me , thank you..! Very much appreciated.

Seems it all lyes in the notion of getting the training in, & not half assed, but the eating is most definitely a chore.

And at my age , with "some" gastro issues (intermittent albeit ) when I got back to training, I often wondered if I could manage all those calories with no issue, conducive to what it takes to get big, at one time, my goal was 250, & came close , but the heavy breathing, especially when putting on & taking off my work boots , wheewww..!

But things seem to be coming together fine. Slow & steady wins the race I suppose.

I've been far more consistent as of late, and I attribute that
to being in afternoon shift now , as opposed to Midnight's.

Have put back on about 17-19 lbs in just the last 12-13 days. & The above pics were just taken a few hours ago.

Need to seriously step up my leg training & it'll be all she wrote.

Ya know brotha I completely understand what you mean. To try and get to a level of fitness that we see in our mind and achieve it, is something that can be overwhelming. It’s so hard for some of us cuz of life! Life gets in the way for some of us and others not so much. I’m a slacker just like you as well. But our definition is different than others as we still grind it out and push til we get to that 75-85ish%. Then we back off and don’t go all out.

I think you look damn good and I’m always looking at what you post cuz I wanna know what could I learn from you. It could be anything from homebrew to your experience with a particular compound. Keep up the hard work! Hope you have a Happy New Year !

Well, yes...! "And" I went to afternoon shift a month ago and off right now this whole last week (Holiday )
& the next 2 for a lay-off. So I'm sleeping more (better ) Midnight's b4 , more time to get real with my food intake.

Roc turned me on to that Overnight Oats with Mutant Mass Gainer (30 more lbs just hit the porch today as well.

Loving that concoction , more time to prepare food & eat the way I need at work no guarantee depending on what they have me doing (but still manage )
Mk-677 consistent @ night b4 bed @ 12.5 mg about a month now, Abombs /EQ varied test & NPP some slin, just not consistent "yet" training day's only ( Log) have plenty experience with it from years past.

And , I've yet to get serious with Legs, only moderatly thus far, breaking into that graduually, I have knee issues & at times my feet & ankles hurt , so slow on that.
But when I get it down, I'm sure easily another 10-15 lbs will come.on over few weeks. I used to be 240 ish
So muscle memory working for me too.
