Or if I'm craving carbs Ill cut my fats super low and have the really high carb meal vice versa if its fatty like a ribeye or chicken wings Ill slash carbs that day but that's why I don't eat pizza shit load of carbs and fat at the same time plus processed meats full of sodium I will be a water balloon

I lift early, so its usually 5 scrambled eggs (runny), with butter and sour cream. And a packet of instant Oatmeal. Prior to that tho, i have some ACV.
