Post workout favorite

Hey all. Whats everyones post workout meal? I workout at night till about 10ish so I grab a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel with a Premier Protein Shake cause i go to bed right after. I usually dont eat again until noon the next day. How about u all?
 
I work out in the AM for about 2-3hrs. Come home and drink a shake with 40gms protein and about 60gms carbs. Wait about and 1 or 2 than eat a full meal.
 
Hey bro! I currently am working early morning and late afternoon into evening so my workouts are from 1:30-3:00pm. I skip lunch and then have 2 chicken breasts with rice, sweet potatoes and a 50mg protein shake immediately post workout before I go back to work. I feel really good all the way into a late dinner. I meal prep everything on Sundays in containers and pop in the microwave. It's so much easier for me this way and I never get tired of this meal!

meal, used to eat that as well.foe 1, sometimes 2 of my meals. Never get bored of sweet potatoes, at times like to switch out the rice for Oats, or an Oat /Whey like Optimum's Oats & Whey, or this one right here.
Then, hour an a half later , solid meal of Beef/chx/or fish & any number of the Carbs, ( pouched Whole Grains & Brown rice Medley is very good, and convenience.) Nuke for 1min:40sec , or a tad more , pair with s good veggie & meat protien.

I def wanna up protein level so I mad add a chicken breast to my current bagel. I like to feel kinda light in the morning until lunch as it skyrockets my energy. I notice that if I fast from 11pm - noon the next day I feel a ton better all day.
 
Generally I do 2 scoops of whey immediately following. Then I like two chicken breasts of some beef or fish and a sweet potato or brown rice about 45 mins later.

Right after it’s cup of oats with 16oz egg whites, take a shower and it’s usally 45mins later I will eat dinner, 2 cups of rice with beef then before I go to bed I eat a pint of ice cream, in bed by 930pm

1.5 cups Special K fruit and yogurt cereal with 10 oz milk with a bannana and a hand full of blue berries. 1.5 scoops of whey, something sweet like gummie bears.

Hahah I do the same. Special K with berries or fruit and yogurt. Love the stuff

That and 50 grams whey iso...been doing this for a while now. Hasn’t got old
