Post cycle training programs​???

I'm finishing a long test c cycle...500 ml a week for 9 months along with 8 weeks dbol and the last 14 weeks deca, 300 ml per week. I'm trying to keep my gains...Any advise on training programs that will help to that end????

Train exactly how you were training on cycle. Deviation at this point could only be counterproductive imo
 
You adjust cycles to your training not vice versa - your training stays same . You need to learn more about periodization where you cycle your intensity over period .
 
I think you meant mg...btw after cycle I try to reduce the volume of the workouts to avoid overtraining, yet keeping the same weights I achieved during the cycle, to not lose the strength gains I made while on.
