If you have it or have known someone who did, what did they do to ease the pain?? My girl is suffering and doesn't want to do the surgery if needed cause she needs to work, not that she needs to but doesn't wanna become lazy and sit around while I bust my ass.

The only thing that helped my wife was surgery. She kept putting it off, tried everything, nothing worked. After the surgery she was kicking herself in the ass for not doing it earlier

Yea thanks bud, just seeing if there's another route, but I hear ya!! I'd do the surgery but she's tough like me haha

I had it bad! there a few things that you have to do.
1) make sure you shoes are a perfect fit. Very often PF is caused by shoes that are not fit properly.
2) buy the shoe inserts and wear them all the time.
3) Stretch her feet as soon as she wakes up, stretch them good before she puts any weight on them. Every time she sits down she needs to stretch her feet before she stands up again.
4) the Shoes!!!!! I can not stress enough the she has well fitting shoe she were them all the time. No flip flops, sandals, high heels, or other things of sort. ( I wore black tactical boots with the insert.) I wore them to train and I wore them to church ( I was the pastor) don't go bare foot. I will bet you is starts getting better fast. I hope this helps.
