I started global anavar tabs today at 100mg. Going to run them for 10 weeks at this dose. Dropped other orals for now.
Will be increasing my test and tren dose this weekend. Test to 1000mg and tren to 600mg

Doing a dosage change starting tomorrow.

Tmix will be raised to 975mg a week.

TrenMix will be raised to 600mg a week.

NandroMix will decrease to 350mg a week.

Anavar tabs stay at 100mg daily

HGH stays 7.5 iu Monday to Friday

That is all for now. About to go kill some bench at the gym.

Ok bad weather kept me at home for the workout today.

Ran a interesting super set for 5 sets

50× kettlebell swings 70#
50× body squats wearing a 60# weighted vest
10× ab wheel still wearing the 60# vest

This was a wicked combo. I had back pumps so bad I hurt to sit still, stand, kneel, pretty much anything. The anavar and gear are kicking in really nicely.

Hopefully roads aren't icy tomorrow and I can get back in the gym

I was actually supposed to do 250 for 5 sets of 15 superset with reverse hyper and towel hangs but I was totally beat. That was a huge pr. I sore already. Going to be a cripple tomorrow
