Pinning locations with least PIP

I go 3cc in my delts no problems. I don't remember the last time I shot up just 1cc lol

Damn, that's a lot for such a relatively small muscle. All that would make your delts look fuller if you spread all that oil around by massaging your delts.
 
It sort of depends on you . What hurts like hell for some may feel nothing to another . I can pin 2 x day in my calves feel nothing then again I got bulls not cows ha

Where on your Lats do you do it? I’m trying to find a new site other than delts and glutes (can’t do quads body rejects it somehow lol)
I’ve heard of pecs too but that gives me anxiety

1ml in the pecs with a 29 slin isn't bad at all

I have it the EASY way as my wife is a NURSE so pinning is no issue what so ever BUT I mostly stick with the glutes with a 27g pin and I have
no scar tissue issues at all...

I always thought the pinning creating trauma to help muscle grow made no sense. Like yes trauma to muscles done from working out creates bigger stronger muscles, but the logic behind quicker growth from damage done from a needle and oil into the muscle doesn’t make sense. That’s similar logic to muscle strains/tears being beneficial or even synthol and the “stretching the fascia to help muscle grow faster”.
 
Im 100% convinced it works - I had rotator cuff surget on the left as a reult my left side was much weaker aand smaller - I was persuaded by somone much more knowlegsblr than me and long story short ive caught up in no time, my delts are great and left pec is also

You look great man! Hmm. Well it never hurts to try it. Nothing to lose. I’ll start doing that from now on!
