I had placed an order back on 9/14 that I received yesterday via a re-ship. So it took 2 months to receive. The packing job was terrible. It was in a little fold-able box with an insert-able flap. The flap that shuts the box had two pieces of tape on it. I went to get a knife to open it and realized the tape had already been cut. Inside, the products were just rolling around the box with a small piece of bubble wrap on the bottom of the silly box they used.

Again, packing is extremely important. Use some kind of stealth or something to hide what the products are or something. You can't just throw this crap in a box with no care and forget about it. The packing on this was just pathetic. I mean, just a joke....

Yeah they did, but I don't agree, that's not all that counts. Packing these types of products the way they did and receiving an box that's not sealed is unacceptable to me. I don't like when people mess with my freedom because of their stupidity.

It's really a "Sad" state of affairs if you ask me.

Fuck the customer, 2 months shitty packaging.

Someone ought to be fired.. or replaced..

Yikes....not good. I agree that packaging is huge. Did you contact a rep about this?

Yeah I did but what are they gonna do?. Ship me more products with crappy packaging and maybe this time around I'm not so lucky?. I guess if that happens I could mail them a thank you card from jail though.

Its worth a shot but after improving product packaging sometimes they will offer a discount on a future purchase....:rolleyes:
 
I feel ya on this subject, I had received a pack not to long ago from another international source here and I was pissed when it came,it was pathetic. It’s major B.S. when a company has the nerve to send something and not even care about the customer on the other end.

Yeah and shipping a box that isn't sealed?. It's like they don't even care. The first pack is out there somewhere also but hasn't moved since October 14th. I wonder if it was as much of a mess or worse than this one.

Seriously I'd stay away from pharmacomstore unless you want a pack seized or worse....

This is what ya gotta do, send a message , but I would
put it in their thread so it gets seen by "Them" or a rep,
as well as others .

Maybe they'll get the hint & tighten up operation's .

They want the Fuckin business from us, you.., but don't want to put forth the effort in a tidy secure pak, then
"Fuck" em'..

& if/when they see the message and more than likely
come up with a lame excuse, like

"our packaging guy is on crack or some shit" or whatever lame excuse comes about ..
cuz we've "all" seen many of the lame excuses .

Funny, D-Red paks his tight & secure PL same tidy (double secure ) hell even some/most of the fella membership here that I've done trades with Do a fine job.

then just what is the " Excuse" from a 'supposed' World
renowned sponsor.

Who clames state of the art facilities etc best gear out there etc. But they can't even get the fucking packaging right.

Tells me right there they aren't getting my Biz... Gotta get em where it counts & send that message

Great post Motor!. You are absolutely correct!. Most of the domestic sources have much better packing skills!. This was just careless. Funny thing is Phamacomstore.ws doesn't even sell Pharmacom products anymore!.

Ok I sent you my order number. Your response sounds like a cop out to me though. It's not an inconvenience that my pack wasn't secured. Far from it. It's a huge risk to my freedom. Apologizing is nice but that just doesn't help much or put any confidence in your company that I'd ever place an order with you again. I guess, you at least "tried" to help.

No one said you, nor the CEO has control over how well a pack is packaged , clearly it must have been a rush job
With zero regards to the "CUSTOMERS" security & safety.

What you "should " do is keep better tabs on who & how your "sweatshop" Staff take "Care" of $$$ spending clients

You know, maybe have a phone conference, uh e~mail
Mass e~mail to your staff and have then tighten it up some or be fired ..

So now, what if his addy had been flagged, or maybe an investigation is set about & he gets paid a visit from guys with "Shiny" shoes & a badge hanging from a lanyard on his /their neck...?

No matter to you, or Pharmacom right, just sorry to pasify
, rather than remedy the situation.

I'll say this, I don't care what special's you at offer in the future, or how good your products might be.

I for one will not order from you "unless " it is already local to me/us here in the States.

This had solidified my decision not to orderr from Pharmacom what so ever ..!

Again, totally "unacceptable" bud..!
