Out eating gh?!

Pretty much what everyone else has said. When I take gh, I can eat what ever I want and stay hard and lean. I usually stuck around 2-4iu a day, but I'm a naturally lean guy. I'm def gonna get back on the stuff at some point soon.
 
Hey Roc. I don't take HgH. Don't know enough about it but I heard that if you using up to 20ius a day wouldn't slin be a must?

Honestly nobody needs 20iu unless they're a competitive bodybuilder. 10 is too much for most people, due to sides. The most I've ever done is 8iu and that about killed me.

Pharm grade, 5ius is about as much as I can tolerate, now you could probably slowly bump that until you adjust but have never personally done it. 3-5ius is my sweet spot.
Generics? Well that is always determined by quality which varies considerably unfortunately. Meditrope is my generic of choice, time proven and well tested

Your spot on mbell with those statements..consistency and quality with the generics allows a lot of variation in dosages,,

Hey NuKKLe what brand did your end up trying to run 8ius with?
 
I just started my bulk, my g usage is at 20iu, 10iu when I wake up with slin usage all day, then 10iu before the gym and slin after my workout. Diet right now is all red meat, I am doing 2lbs a day with pasta this month then will switch to potatoes next month. I eat 5 meals with red meat and pasta. Breakfast is half of a 16oz liquid egg white carton with 8 pieces of white bread and 3 jelly doughnuts. Dinner after the gym is a Stromboli. I eat a box of pop tarts a day with a box of little Debbie's vanallia cupcakes. My snack at night is a pint of Ben and jerrys with a sleeve of Oreos crushed in it with whipped cream. I drink tons of whole milk, soda and whatever else I want to eat to get to the cals I want, you can see all my abs and never look like lee priest used to in his off season but I do hold water in my face a little.

This is the most extreme review of HGH i have seen. 20ius is ton, hope you compete, but that diet is fucking ridiculous if you are being honest, you must have metabolism of a humming bird, most people, even at 20ius a day, couldnt get away with that fucking diet. Even if they could they wouldnt due to the health implications ( not just fat gain )
 
I have got up to 15 iu Ed for 5 mths loved it but the head achs were blinding I stay around 5 iu somastim now and eat almost anything esp when I stack t4 with it
