Yes, this time of year I would def start incorporating vitamin c, even as much as 4+ grams a day I just got my Bev Vit. C complex from Bev International, they are 2 K mg each 2 grams of C, c doesn't "stay" in the body has no storage facility /capacity
You're body can't use more than 500mg of vitamin c at a time. Or at least that's what I've heard/read. It might be more complicated than that though. You may be able to take more when you have a cold because your body "uses" more when you are sick. I really don't bother wasting money on much supplements. I use TUDCA, psylliums husks and that's it. Tudca is pretty expensive though so I have not used it lately. Will use 2 grams on cycle though if I take oral AAS.
