You probably only need 20mcgs of Somedin. I plan to finally try some soon. I've gotten back into a good rhythm. Planning something like 20mcgs postworkout or prebed and going from there.
Thank you for advice....and I'll take it. So 20mcgs before bed for the next months. Last night I pinned 30mcg. Getting ready to go 11 floors down to my work gym shortly.
