I’m right now getting off my cycle of Tren and am cruising. This is the first week. Anyone have any advice to help keep as much progress as possible that I have made on this cycle? Or any advice that will help while I cruise?

Take some Clear Muscle... free form HMB that is much more easily absorbed by the body. Aids greatly in protein synthesis and sparing muscle tissue in calorie deficits... I havent personally used it coming OFF cycle, but I can tell it helped tremendously with regaining muscle memory in both size/strength in the weeks leading into a cycle, and seems to have been helping gains on cycle.

Give your joints a break for a week or two, you would be surprised how strong you might still be 2 weeks after coming off just from simple recovery.

I am assuming when you say cruising you are just staying on HRT dose of test now that you off tren.....with that assumption,
Some MK677 would not suppress you and would help maintain gains, if you do not care about possible suppression and just want to give the receptors time to recover you could also run a low dose of a SARM.

You should not lose much... What mg test and tren were you previously on and what is your "trt" dose?

I was running 300 Tren A and 750 test e. Cruising at 250 and getting blood work in 4 or 5 weeks to see where everything is at.

You think it would be good for me to get a solid week break? I been going hard for 4 months. I’m at a point with lifting that it feels wrong if I don’t go. You know what I mean? I enjoy it so much and I want to stay up on everything. I don’t yet sore anymore when I do legs or anything. I know a break is needed. I’m going to Detroit next week for a week so maybe that’s when I will do it. But if there’s a gym at the hotel it’s gonna be hard lol.

lol in the same boat... my body is tired and I been feeling like shit for a while now, though my mind tells me to push through, Im forcing myself to stay in tonight. Tmw night too if Im smart, but my gains are still coming, I still get sore so its a struggle to let it go for a bit.
