Not able to place order.....

What would be a reason why u can't place an order on a site?....ex: can't place multiple items in a shopping cart. Also,if ur able to get 1 item in a cart,then u go to "see cart" it shows "0"items in cart....I was told it could be the browser.....any ideas?....thanks

Are you using a VPN and also could be the security in your browser.

Sometimes corporate VPNs will block things like that, and I am sure some of those private VPNs can too. I've tried using my work laptop in a starbucks when connected via Cisco VPN to make a bill payment on my Visa but had timeouts. Weird stuff that can baffle even an IT professional like me :S

Thanku for responses.....I got this opera browser but still don't work.....I tried Mozilla as well.....I'll just try a different root.....
