Hey all,been around the boards a loooong time just never post too often, Been in the game since '89,. I've taken it down a few notches the past few years due to injuries but I guess you could say at 49 I'm an old AF lol...glad to be here ;)

Looking thick there brother, and how you looking now after all these years?
Meh,not as good as I used too,but I've had lumbar fusion from L2-S1 3yrs ago,cervical fusion C3-C5(10/2018).,distal biceps rupture's on both arms(Left side on 9/11/18),and 5 open rotator-cuff repairs between the right/left side. So I can't train as hard as I'd like to. On yeah,had a stent put in my right coronary artery last week to top shit off lol...
Just got back in the gym in November after the cervical fusion and L-biceps repair so I'm cruising as I'm still healing up. I'll be 50 in Oct,no point in blasting at my age and ripping something else,but I do the best I can. Taken 2 wks ago:View attachment 9800

You look thick still and hopefully you will still make some gains despite your limitations. Getting any fusions must suck as it limits your range of motion.
