I’m 27 and before I ran a cycle I was 130 only did it for like 2months

Sound like a typical Ectomorph, (fast metabolism...? )

You need to eat "much" and "often" , even if you think your
taking in enough macros, chances are you aren't.

Anything, and "Everything" is fair game to eat, unless it readily /noticably deposits fat around your waste you don't want to be "skinny-fat " .

Train "infrequently" / Eat often, like EOD train, and the in between days (and training days ) eat, eat eat.

Forget the gear or just low, low test / Deca for now.

Eat at night , (wake up to have a snack, or protien shake with extra half n half (or whipping cream ) for the extra Cal's.
 
Yes that’s exactly my problem my metabolism is very fast and being on test n npp it had help me eat much more till I got off it of course I slacked on eating but I’m trying to get back to it I was seein improvements

I would say forget gear at first but since you already annointed your receptors keep on. Test is major maybe dbol EQ or anadrol . Make sure you eat every 2-3 hours of you can’t get a high calorie shake supplement but one formulated for body building ie high calorie protein, carb good fats . There ton out there . Rice pasta fuel those glycogen stores and spare protein .
Workouts emphasize basic movements. Squats, deads, bench , military press and rows and chins . If chins are weak use pull down work way up too heavy wide grip chins . Do lower back work too so later you don’t succumb to lower back problems believe me hypers and nautilus lower back reps can do wonders . I with spine reconstruction haven’t used a weight belt in 30 years . If you do then even more important to work erectors . Chain only strong as weakest link . How ever the compound moves also condition your metabolism to gain . Squats are really a whole body exercise even if you do high reps . No machine will ever replace the benefits of squatting . Even people with bad knees can rehab the knee with squats just need to start low slow . Believe me later on fast metabolisms will be good thing . Nothing looks worse then fat slob with big arms lol . You get fatter as you age , gets harder to stay lean . Personally looking smooth always been like detrimental to my morale . Just be patient you are on a journey . Enjoy the ride !
