Newbie to the forum

[RBRB]

Hey everyone my names RBRB.Am a member of most of the good forums.Pro muscle,muscle and sci,ASF,Brotherhood,Ironmag etc etc.Been lurking around for a few weeks now until finally doing an intro.Like to read up on the new posts and am fascinated with lots of info.Logs,diets,PEPs and rc s.Am a 44 yr. old white male with a little bit of knowledge.Several years on and off of training and a few simple cycles as well.I find and learn so much on these forums.From athletes, powerlifters,bodybuilders, guys on trt and folks just trying to get diet in check.It s cool being part of a community of like minded people.Thanks in advance and will continue to read and learn.
