Hey there, I’m new to the site, and overall new to lifting! I’m a 38 yr old female, I’ve always been a cardio junkie, and was into kickboxing for a few years. I’m now getting into the competition side of things and, see a lot of helpful info here! Hope to learn a lot from you guys!!

Enjoy your stay, & alot of willing to help.fellas, here, there was at one time another gal or two , it'd be nice if they/you stick around , as you could bounce ideas off one another , but most here do know the ins & outs of what we do here, "Mainly" from a male perspective of course, but many again are very versed with what you need/may want to know , as well fee guys have their gals , or significant other either competed , or may have used a compound or two to build, or cut.

10mg, that's about right ( split in two doses 5 am, 5 pm ) most likely no need to go any higher, unless...!!??

Welcome, and great to have you here! Were you doing cardio kick boxing or competitive kickboxing? As has been stated there are a lot of knowledgeable people here, Roc, MCMM, DRED, Dragon, and many more. If I may suggest, post up goals, current routine, etc. This will give us an idea of what you're doing and there is so much info here maybe you can pick up some tips as I definitely have
