Hey guys! I am 30 years old, in KY, and been lifting on and off for about 10 yrs, seriously into it for the last 2. Did a few cycles years ago, but just got back into gear over the last year. I've been following along with this board for a while, but recently joined so I could get in on the fun. There seems to be a lot of honest folks on here, which is hard to come by online now.

I look forward to reading about all of your cycles and telling the stories of mine.

Good gains my friends!!

Welcome brother! You'll fit right in with that positive attitude my friend. We're all in it for different reasons...but being a member of this fine board means one thing to me....brotherhood. Glad you're here....can't wait to get to know you.

Thanks guys!!

Quick question, how long do you all consider a reasonable cycle with out going off and pct? I'm at 12 weeks and considering if I should go to 20 or go off for a few weeks and on again soon.

FYI: I have been powerlifting for a while, and just recently decided to try and cut down and do more of a bodybuilding schedule.

Welcome brother. Good to have you.

Many of us are on HRT and never come off. I'm 35 been on for 15 years now. A few short breaks for fertility reasons.

Regarding your question above, that's a personal decision. Given your age (30), it's starts to get a little harder to recover when you come off especially cycles that are 20 weeks. If you come off and pct....you have to make sure you recover. Not just a few weeks and jump back on. In the end it's up to your personal goals and nobody can tell you what's best. Take some time to really think about the pros and cons of both scenarios.

Thanks a lot Ricnoxon. I guess I am at the point to decide if I just want to blast and cruise or attempt to cut off completely for a while. I like the idea of recouping for a bit, but I like gains a hell of a lot more. I am just worried of steps backwards and losing muscle when I am off.
